Qualifications:

- Apply internal coatings to tanks, vessels, and related products using Sherwin-Williams epoxy systems.

- Demonstrate experience with both airless and conventional spray equipment.

- Possess working knowledge of surface preparation processes, including blasting and painting.

- Physically capable of handling blast media hoses weighing up to 60 lbs and maintaining a consistent spray pattern for extended periods.

- Safely operate and work from scissor lifts, ladders, and scaffolding in accordance with all safety procedures.

- Able to disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble spray equipment as needed.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

- Typical schedule averages 50 hours per week.
