Outside Small Business Sales Manager – Community Solar & Energy Solutions Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 Employee Total Expected Compensation: $80,000–$120,000+ (uncapped potential)

We’re seeking an Outside Small Business Sales Manager to lead, train, and grow a B2B sales team focused on selling community solar subscriptions, lower electric rate programs, and solar system consultations.
This is an ideal role for a motivated sales leader who thrives in the field, loves developing people, and wants to build residual income through renewable energy sales.
- Sell services, train, and manage a team of outside B2B sales reps
- Personally sell community solar and energy programs to small businesses and organizations
- Coach and mentor team members through field training, ride-alongs, and weekly development meetings
- Track performance, manage sales goals, and report metrics to leadership
- Develop territories, identify local partnerships, and build community relationships
- Drive team results through energy, accountability, and ethical selling practices
- Base Salary: $35,000–$45,000 annually (W2 employee)
