- Develop and grow relationships with new and existing customers in your territory
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions from our broad portfolio of industrial products
- Learn and communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently
- Manage your pipeline with discipline and accountability
- Collaborate with inside sales, technical specialists, and the rest of our team to ensure customers receive the best service and solutions
- Are a team player who takes pride in collective success

- Want to own your results and do meaningful, high-quality work
- Communicate clearly and listen actively
- Are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment- 2+ years of experience in B2B or industrial sales preferred
- Strong interest in industrial products, applications, or technical problem-solving
- A desire to learn our industry and customers inside and out
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within your territory, including out of town
