- Meet with homeowners through pre-set, qualified solar appointments

- Present customized solar solutions that fit their home and savings goals

- Close deals confidently and ensure a smooth handoff to operations

- Maintain consistent performance and exceed monthly targets

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of proven closing experience (solar, roofing, or home services ideal)

- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills

- Competitive, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
