Job Description: We are seeking dedicated Operators and Laborers to join our civil construction team. As part of R&O Heavy Construction, you will work on site development, underground utilities, and grading projects. This role requires a commitment to safety, teamwork, and hard work.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, loaders, etc.) for Operators

· Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and material handling for Laborers

· Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

· Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

· Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly

Qualifications:

· Prior experience in civil construction preferred but not required

· Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

· Willingness to learn and grow within the company

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

· Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
