- Continuously track the performance of compression units and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Utilize data analytics to recommend predictive maintenance strategies that prevent failures and extend asset life.
- Perform onsite audits of compressor units to assess condition and identify maintenance requirements.
- Provide recommendations to Business Unit leaders on optimal candidates for engine and compressor overhauls.
- Conduct failure analysis on wrecks to identify leading indicators and prevent future catastrophic failures.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to develop tools and capabilities supporting predictive maintenance and workflow automation.
- Perform analysis and prepare reports supporting customer engagement and business development activities.
- When required, directly participate in customer engagement activities, particularly related to production system optimization and minimizing Call out Production occurrences.
- Perform lookbacks on major maintenance decisions to determine effectiveness of major maintenance, e.g., call outs/OPEX before and after engine overhaul.
- Conduct performance lookbacks on major maintenance projects to drive continuous improvement in major maintenance execution.

- High school diploma or equivalent (required), Associates degree / technical degree preferred.

- Experience in field operations, either as a field technician or in a field operations management role, with hands-on knowledge of operational processes, equipment, and best practices.
- Demonstrated history of success in managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Implements, manages, and communicates work standards and performance metrics for improving unit health and utilization of predictive analytics.
- Able to lead through influence and coordination to drive adoption of recommendations and results in the field.
- Develops strong relationships with BU personnel including Field Supervisors, Service Managers, Operations Directors, and BU Vice Presidents and able to manage through interpersonal conflicts.
- Problem solving skills to achieve resolution to conflicts related to operational priorities and project resourcing.
