A. To provide maximum service to members and the Cooperative by efficiently assisting in the daily activities related to the construction and maintenance of the cooperative's distribution system.
B. To represent the Cooperative in a professional manner, meeting the member's needs and enhancing the Cooperative image, taking every opportunity possible for self- improvement so as to be qualified to assume greater responsibilities.
A. Assist the Operations group with the following tasks:
8. Performs work in an energized meter base with voltage up to 600 volts.
10. Submits daily time and reports as needed.
11. Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
C. Develops an ongoing knowledge and awareness of all Cooperative policies and goals, safety codes and regulations as well as all aspects of the job classification.
D. Participates in job training, safety and employee information meetings.
A. Assumes any additional responsibilities or duties as may be required or assigned.
1. Dispatch Supervisor: Functions under their direction during daily operations.
2. Work closely with the Operations Managers and Servicemen to complete the necessary work.
2. Other Personnel: Works with them closely to maintain a good working relationship throughout daily operations keeping in mind the responsibility for the safety of self and others during any activity.
1. Membership: Provides prompt, efficient and reliable service at all times. Gives courteous and accurate information at all times. Make every effort to gain increased understanding and acceptance of the Cooperative's operations. Explain at every opportunity the services and benefits to which a member of the Cooperative is entitled.
2. General Public: Improves public relations and maintains high acceptance of the Cooperative and supports the community.
This position is an hourly rated non-exempt position under the Wage and Hour law and overtime compensation must be paid.
