Marathon Petroleum Company LP, a recognized leader in the energy sector, is seeking applications for an hourly Operator Technician role at its Dickinson Renewable Facility in Dickinson, ND. This position offers immediate responsibilities along with a comprehensive benefits package. The Dickinson Facility operates 24/7, year-round, with operators working 12-hour shifts on a rotating day/night schedule. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Candidates must comply with a strict drug and alcohol policy and will undergo a six-month performance evaluation period. Additionally, applicants will need to pass a pre-employment written test, a hands-on work demonstration, a drug and alcohol screen, a background check, and a physical examination.
Successful candidates are expected to start employment on August 4, 2025, and will be required to complete at least two years in their current role before becoming eligible to pursue other internal opportunities within the company.
