The Operations Supervisor is the backbone of our office operations and culture. This role ensures the office runs seamlessly each day—overseeing administrative processes, vendor relationships, maintenance needs, and internal events. The ideal candidate is meticulous, resourceful, and thrives on keeping people, projects, and priorities aligned. You’ll play a central role in maintaining an efficient, well-supported, and high-energy work environment that allows our team to perform at its best.
- Office Management: Oversee all aspects of office operations to maintain an efficient, professional, and welcoming workplace.
- Building & Facilities: Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships to ensure the office is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute internal events, team meetings, and company-wide gatherings—managing logistics, catering, and setup.
- Inventory & Supplies: Maintain office inventory, including snacks, beverages, and supplies, ensuring consistent availability and budget awareness.
- Employee Support: Act as a key point of contact for office-related questions, workspace setup, and employee resources.
- Process Optimization: Develop and refine systems that improve communication, organization, and efficiency across departments.
- Vendor Management: Manage external partners and vendors to ensure services are delivered on time and within scope.
- Operational Reporting: Track and monitor key operational activities to ensure accountability and smooth execution.- 2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative coordination.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to plan and manage events or cross-departmental initiatives.
- Proficiency with office management software and tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (in-office)
Pay: $24–$32/hour (based on experience)- 401(k)
