We are seeking a motivated Operations & Sales Associate with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Distribution or a related field. If you enjoy a mix of operations, supply chain, customer engagement, and technical sales—and want to grow with a company that values initiative—this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Actually use your degree to identify initiatives and efficiencies to promote cost savings, technology integration and streamline processes

Support day-to-day operations including order processing, inventory coordination, and vendor communication

Develop strong relationships with customers through inside/outside sales activities

Assist in sourcing products, negotiating pricing, and managing supply chain needs

Analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and contribute directly to business growth

Participate in strategic planning and process improvements

Work cross-functionally with leadership to solve real business challenges

Compensation

Candidates with a Business, Industrial Distribution, or similar degree typically earn $55,000–$75,000 early in their careers, depending on location, role focus, and company size. Our compensation for this position is competitive within that range and based on experience, performance, and growth potential.
