Job Summary

The Operations Representative I position provides office support through the utilization of computer systems and mapping records to support Field Operations including Construction Service, Meter Reading, and Utility Departments.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide Clerical support for all aspects for the Operations department. Audit all paperwork as related to UGI operations. Provide daily support to various UGI systems such as: SAP, ESRI, DOJM, R2, Mobile Dispatch (CAD). Work on various UGI reports and provide communications to internal and external customers.

- Support Operations with various tasks including but not limited to maps and records review, scanning , importing , data entry, PA one call tickets, permit process, work scheduling, invoice processing, creating purchase requisitions, and special project support.

- Perform daily data entry into the payroll system ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll information for hourly field employees.

- Provide support to Operations Support Supervisors and Operations Support Coordinators as needed.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

- Strong computer skills with MS Office.

- Experience with Oracle, WebTop, Mobile Up and SAP preferred.

- Ability to read maps.

- Knowledge of PA1 call helpful.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.

- Ability to perform data entry of timesheet and payroll information.

Education and Experience

- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
