Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Specialist located in Midland, TX. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing projects, and optimizing production processes. Tasks include analyzing data to improve efficiency, communicating with team members and clients, and supporting the sales team to enhance service delivery. The role requires hands-on involvement in operational management and the implementation of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and improve operational efficiency

- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients

- Experience in Sales to support service delivery and client interactions

- Operations Management and Project Management experience

- Ability to work on-site in Midland, TX

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus

- Prior experience in the energy sector is advantageous
