We’re seeking an experienced On-Site Manager

to oversee residential and/or commercial roofing projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, crew management, and delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget.

The On-Site Manager serves as the day-to-day leader in the field, coordinating crews, ensuring installations meet code and manufacturer standards, and maintaining a professional experience for homeowners, inspectors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise roofing crews on daily jobsite operations

- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and state codes

- Conduct ongoing quality checks throughout each project

- Coordinate material deliveries and jobsite logistics

- Communicate clearly with homeowners, inspectors, and project managers

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused jobsite

- Train and mentor crew members on safety and installation best practices

- Complete daily reports, documentation, and project updates

Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on roofing experience - 1+ year in a leadership, foreman, or supervisory role (preferred)

- Strong knowledge of shingle, metal, and/or flat roofing systems

- Ability to read job scopes, measurements, and work orders

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely at heights

- OSHA-10 certification
