We are currently seeking an

On-Site Project Manager

for an upcoming commercial solar project located in

Southcentral New Mexico

.

Qualifications

- Must be a U.S. Citizen or legal resident

- Must be able to pass a federal background check

- Must hold a valid Electrical Journeyman License

- Must have reliable transportation and insurance

- Must possess the tools necessary to complete the job

- Must be detail-oriented and organized

Core Responsibilities

- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure timely arrival to site

- Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure all work is completed to code, to spec, and on schedule

- Escort subcontractors and vendors as required on a secure federal facility

- Submit and manage access pass requests for personnel and deliveries

- Hold regular on-site meetings with stakeholders to review progress and address issues

- Maintain and organize all relevant project documentation including:

- Delivery tickets

- Delivery logs

- Daily reports

- Site photos

- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project execution at the site level
