On Road Delivery Supervisor

You will supervise and lead delivery driver teams, which includes communication and enforcement of company procedures and policies, employee development and progressive counseling. Responsibilities:

Your charge will be to build and maintain a work environment within the operations team characterized by high expectations, high internal motivation, accountability, open communication and teamwork.
