On Road Delivery Supervisor

You will supervise and lead delivery driver teams, which includes communication and enforcement of company procedures and policies, employee development and progressive counseling. Above all, you will use your communication and active listening skills to provide exceptional service on delivery observations/ride-alongs.

Responsibilities:

Your charge will be to build and maintain a work environment within the operations team characterized by high expectations, high internal motivation, accountability, open communication and teamwork.

You must be highly detail-oriented and focused with a flexible and adaptable nature.
