About Us:

Fadox Construction is a licensed and IICRC-certified restoration company based in San Diego. We specialize in water damage reconstruction and are launching our water mitigation division. We’re looking for an experienced Lead Mitigation Technician to be our go-to expert as we build this service.

Position Overview:

This is an on-call position with flexible hours. You’ll be the first responder for emergency water damage jobs, lead setup and monitoring of drying equipment, and document all mitigation activity. Ideal for someone who is already IICRC-certified and looking for extra work with potential for full-time growth.
