We're looking for a Lead Mitigation Technician to join our Las Vegas, NV team!

$20 to $22 per hour depending on experience and certifications

What you'll be responsible for as a Lead Mitigation Technician:

•

Assist project manager on various construction projects at once

•

Lead a team of technicians that handle water, fire, and mold projects

•

Answer customer questions and explain to them the mitigation process from start to finish

•

Help project manager set appropriate team expectations for workflow and timelines

•

Handle issues caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, etc.

•

Assist with demolition

What you need to have:

•

1 - 3 years Restoration Industry experience preferred

•

Leadership and relationship building skills

•

Ability to communicate with team and solve problems

•

Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs

•

Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free

•

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
