About This Job

Experienced Downhole Cementing / Acidizing Sales Rep

Rock Hard Cementing (RHC) is a pressure pumping service provider, operating in the Rocky Mountain Region. RHC strives to provide a communal and supportive culture that extends to all our employees. We are looking for a Downhole Wellbore Oil & Gas experienced Salesman to join our Rockies / Bakken team working directly with our President.

This will be a Sales position focusing on Business development with New and existing customers, gathering wellbore data to help the Engineering dept in Job Designs and working directly with the President based in Wyoming. It will include travel to Customer offices and Well locations throughout Colorado, Wyoming, Eastern Montana, and Western North Dakota.

*Salary Based on Experience with petroleum knowledge and Customer Contacts.


Job Description

Under general supervision, uses wellbore knowledge and experience to develop Business relationships to meet customer requirements, including preliminary job risk assessments, verifying the design meets customer and regulatory requirements, and providing cost estimates for the planned operation.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provides operational expertise including operational instructions and identifying the resources required to perform the job per customer requirements

- Support existing sales team with delivering technical support to potential and existing clients to promote Rock Hard Cementing solutions

- Provide customer support for new and existing products

- Assist in training and technical support to our customers in the use of our products

- Provide on-site support when needed to support customers in running our products

- Partner with laboratory team to ensure product and service quality

- Proactively assess customer field operations for best practices

- Maintain customer relationships

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activity, and associated technology

- Ensures a safe work environment, promotes a safety culture

- Continually strive to build Operational business relationships for RHC

- Maintains accurate Weekly Sales reports, monitors the performance of products, and informs management of recurring issues

- Engages in problem-solving by performing root cause analysis, interpreting results, and providing written recommendations to ensure products used by customer are performing at optimal levels

- Sales Reps are required to start-up new applications in both existing customer and in new accounts, site surveys, and field evaluation of new products

- Assess on-site field problems and conduct required solutions

- Evaluate products for service, reliability, quality, and performance

- Communicate procedures to field supervisors


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related engineering field preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years, experience working in oil & gas industry

- Knowledge of wellbore construction and zonal isolation

- Knowledge of oilfield cement blends and additives

- Knowledge of oilfield acid blends and additives

- Knowledgeable in lab procedures and quality control

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Ability to train and develop technical capabilities in others

- Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional team

- Well organized, proactive and customer focused.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
