Oil and Gas Yard Coordinator

JOB SUMMARYThis position will oversee the day-to-day yard operations at the field office with the goal of increasing the efficiency of local field employees. The coordinator will accomplish this by repairing equipment, assisting with inventory and maintaining an organized, clean site. Minimum: 2 - 5 years oilfield related experience

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee employees and contractors who are responsible for equipment maintenance, equipment movement and truck loading

- Ensure the yard/shop is organized and clean

- Identify field equipment and diagnose conditions

- Assist the Procurement Team with inventory control tasks

- Use a computer to submit notifications and complete work orders in SAP

- May repair equipment, rebuild valves, and load and unload trucks

JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS

- Able to multi-task

- Able to effectively manage people

- Able to use and understand SAP

- Able to identify and use some field equipment

- Able to make basic to intermediate equipment repairs

- Ability to possess a valid driver's license

Minimum - HS Diploma or GED Preferred - College Degree
