Oil and Gas Data Engineer / Implementation Engineer

This is a unique opportunity to work with an all-star group of large independent E&Ps to implement solutions to some of the most significant problems in oil and gas using PetroBricks' data automation platform.

The ideal person will have a petroleum engineering background, preferably in production, but will have made the switch to a data role, will have hands on experience working with data integration technologies like JSON web APIs and EventHub/Kafka, as well as a variety of enterprise and cloud data storage platforms.

Work is in office and candidates must live in the Golden, CO area.

The Data/Implementation Engineer is responsible for working with customer petroleum engineers and IT staff to understand and create the data flows needed to solve common industry problems such as gas lift optimization, ESP optimization, emissions monitoring, etc. They will then act as an SME, helping customers use the PetroBricks data automation platform to solve these problems, tying together new-tech sensor systems, SAAS apps, internal customer services, and cloud systems like AWS, Azure, and Snowflake.
