Hydrovac Operators and Swampers

We are looking to build and expand our team. HydroVac experience is not a must but is considered an asset. However, we are more than willing to train the right individuals. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, respectful and eager to learn. All candidates must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, work long days, reliable and be a great team player.

OT paid after 10 hours Monday - Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday, No accumulative hourly average.

Monthly Phone Allowance, Boot allowance of $350/year. All other PPE is provided, this Includes FR coveralls, FR Rain bibs, Double Wall Side Impact hard hats, Double Hearing/Vision/Hand protection. etc..

All training which includes in house, off-site and online is paid at your full wage.

What you need to bring:

Willingness to work with a great team, to learn from the best operators in the business.

A safety-first attitude. Keeping yourself, co-workers, customers, equipment and the general public safe is always the top priority.

Class 1 or Class 3 w/ Air Endorsement Licence Required for Operators.

Class 5 Licence Required for Swampers.

Clean driver's abstract.

Motivated for physical, outdoor work in all types of weather conditions.

Willingness to work varying hours and days. Sporadic on-call, overnight and weekend work.
