Job Duties:

- Process invoices and deposit revenue checks in collaboration with the accounting team using relevant software.

- Process incoming mail daily and distribute it to the appropriate departments and personnel.

- Conduct research to update the contact details of oil and gas property owners using various third-party platforms.

- Help manage post-acquisition workflow, including recording documents in county records and notifying operators of transfers of interest.

- Communicate with operators to ensure electronic receipt of payments and/or statements, and request ACH payments where feasible.

- Support various departments with ad-hoc projects.

- Oversee company inventory and office supplies management.

Compensation: Starting at $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus potential bonuses.
