About This Job

Summary:

O&M Specialist is responsible for assisting in processing field service work orders, managing SSS Inventory, onboarding new solar sites and customers plus other duties as needed

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•

Review work orders for accuracy and completeness and work closely with Field Leadership to resolve any missing information.

•

Work closely with the Account Management team to determine billable status for work orders.

•

Develop a strong understanding of customer contractual terms to ensure accurate invoicing in accordance with customer agreements

•

Work with Field Leadership, Procurement and Account Management team in maintaining SSS Depot inventory

•

Complex Imports/Updates/Deletions - Severe Weather - creating the work orders, updating the DataLoaders for appropriate work order creations

•

Updating/Maintaining the Onboarding template

•

Site Onboarding -RFI's request access to community and veritas

•

Create new FSM Case for New Site

•

Assist System Performance & Reliability team with updating the Severe Weather lists and adding storms

•

Support BOM Team in onboarding/offboarding solar customers

•

Support BOM Team in Re-Districting/Depot changes and Account Specialist updates

•

Train Field staff on Viewpoint/Vista Inventory for SSS Inventory

•

Maintain updated inventory information

•

Performs quarterly inventory audits.

•

Tracks insured values of Depots and Reports to Insurance team quarterly.

•

Verifying Payroll coding

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

•

Bachelor's Degree is required, Business degree preferred

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, required.

•

Power factors, Power Automate, Viewpoint Vista experience preferred.

•

Strong written and communication skills

•

Must have a strong desire to drive business results

•

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

•

Previous revenue and/or billing experience

•

Working knowledge of ERP systems

•

Previous Inventory Maintenance experience

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

•

Work is performed in an office environment. There is occasional travel for inventory purposes with stooping and standing for several hours
