We're looking for a Field Canvas Manager with strong people skills, sales leadership, and a passion for coaching teams to success. If you have direct consumer experience—and especially home improvement marketing or sales experience—you’ll fit right in.

What You'll Do:

Lead, train, and motivate a field marketing team to exceed sales goals

Recruit top talent and build a winning team culture

Drive territory performance with clear goals, daily check-ins, and accountability

Sell by example—your leadership will inspire others to excel

Offer mentorship and coaching to help team members grow and succeed

What You Bring:

1–3 years in sales and/or field management (home improvement is a big plus)

Proven ability to hit or exceed performance goals

Strong recruiting, communication, and motivational skills

Comfortable working light evenings, some Saturdays, and occasional travel
