Non CDL Fuel Delivery Driver (Austin, TX)

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting fuel safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and excellent driving skills. This position requires a passion for driving and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service on job-sites each and every day.

Responsibilities

- Operate trucks to transport fuel to designated locations.

- Load and unload fuel in truck.

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes taken, and fuel delivered.

- Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to delivery schedules.

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding any issues or delays encountered during transportation.

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to transportation.

Qualifications

- Clean background with no felonies.

- Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Ability to load and unload fuel safely and efficiently.

- Strong knowledge of route driving and navigation skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks and operate delivery equipment.

- Operating and reliable cell phone (Dispatch and GPS coordinates).
