Fuel Delivery Truck Driver - Class B CDL

Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and safety-conscious Wet Hose Fuel Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating fuel trucks and delivering fuel to various locations, including commercial truck terminals, warehouses, construction sites, and generator locations. The driver must adhere to strict safety regulations and ensure the accurate and timely delivery of fuel.

Responsibilities:

- Operate a wet hose fuel truck to deliver fuel to designated locations

- Drivers will be directly fueling the tanks of customer vehicles and equipment

- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment

- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and fuel inventory

- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues

- Maintain a clean and organized truck

Requirements:

- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with tanker and hazmat endorsements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience driving a fuel truck

- Clean driving record

- Ability to pass DOT drug screening and criminal background check

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Basic mechanical knowledge

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
