- Work to foster good working relationships with internal and external counterparts.
- Nominate gas on the pipeline EBB, confirm gas flow and report any issues back to traders.
- Actively monitor pipeline EBB’s for any maintenance, constraints, or curtailments.
- Communicate with Pipeline Representatives as needed.
- Perform tasks accurately and timely under pressure.
- Develop strong relationships with pipeline, counterparty, and plant personnel.
- Mirror daily pipeline activity in our ETRM, updating cuts and actualizing volumes as pipeline statements are finalized.
- Monitor pipeline imbalances daily and communicate any potential penalty risks to trading.
- Update pipeline commodity and fuel rates to ensure pipeline costs are properly accounted for.
- Assist Accounting in providing support documentation for any volumetric discrepancies during the monthly settlements process.
- Participate in weekend and after-hours coverage as needed.
- Work closely with internal groups including Trading, Mid-office, Accounting, Credit, and Risk as needed to support the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field of study
- Ability to conduct work in an efficient and timely manner.
- Minimum 3 years of natural gas scheduling experience
- Must have thorough understanding of Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using any ETRM Software, CXL a plus.
