We are looking for an experienced Natural Gas Distribution Project Manager to join our team. This role is critical in managing natural gas pipeline and utility distribution projects, ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and seamless project execution. You will oversee construction operations, coordinate with inspectors, manage budgets, and ensure all work aligns with federal and industry regulations. Responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination

- Oversee and manage distribution-related projects in the natural gas pipeline sector.

- Coordinate with inspectors, engineers, construction teams, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and documentation.

- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

- Ensure compliance with 49 CFR 192 and ASME B31.8 standards and client procedure manuals

- Conduct quality inspections on construction sites, ensuring adherence to specifications.

- Verify compliance with customer operator qualifications plans and federal/state regulations.

- Analyze data collected from inspections to identify and resolve deviations.

Financial & Document Control

- Manage cost control, document control, and schedule tracking for multiple projects.

- Support budgeting, earned value analysis, and financial model production.

- Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership on project status and improvements.

Field Oversight & Inspections

- Conduct site visits and inspections for natural gas distribution and station projects.

- Review schematics and contracts for accurate implementation

Qualifications

- 5+ years of project management experience in natural gas, pipeline construction, or utility projects. - 5+ years of experience with construction operations, financial analysis, and cost control.

- Proficiency with 49 CFR 192 and ASME B31.8 regulations.

- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction contracts.

- Experience with pipeline pigging, commissioning, strength & leak testing, horizontal directional drilling, and in-service tie-ins.

Preferred:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

- Experience with natural gas midstream/downstream pipeline construction.
