Motor Prep Technician- 1st and 3rd Shift

Hibbs ElectroMechanical is looking to additional team members in our Motor Prep Technician area for 1st and 3rd shift

Motor Prep Techs will clean motor parts after disassembly, understand how to safely operate bake ovens, load and operate burn-out ovens, learn how to strip a stator or armature, perform scrape and tap operation on a newly varnished motor, properly sandblast parts using buffers, grinders, sanders, and related equipment, and learn how to properly paint motors.
