Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grader to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating grading equipment and a solid understanding of heavy machinery. This role is critical in ensuring that construction sites are properly prepared for various projects, including paving and excavation. The Grader will work closely with other operators and site personnel to maintain safety and efficiency on the job site.

Responsibilities

- Operate grading equipment to prepare surfaces for construction projects.

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Collaborate with the construction team to execute grading plans accurately and efficiently.

- Manage the movement of materials on-site

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices while operating machinery.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Experience

- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with graders.

- Previous experience on construction sites is essential; knowledge of Civil Construction dirt work is a required.

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment is highly desirable.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
