SHIFT: 10-hour shifts: M-Th 5:00AM-3:30PM Overtime when available
Combination of tasks in the Mold department to achieve agreed upon performance levels with respect to job safety, quality, production, cost, housekeeping and delivery. Perform all duties within the Mold department as required.

This position involves regular: bending and lifting; continuous standing for long periods of time on concrete surfaces; pushing, pulling, and carrying of heavy parts and machines repetitively, must be able to use arms, hands, legs and feet in repetitive motions.
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in core making or related
machine operation preferred
- Prior foundry or heavy industrial work
experience preferred
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
- Follows safety policies and wears required PPE
- Reads and interprets all job card instructions to understand job specific requirements
- Staging of cores and patterns for upcoming job runs
- Performs changeovers and ensures smooth transition to next production run
- Sets up mold machine for operation
- Performs pattern inspections before running job
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- Inspects each mold to ensure quality
- Performs daily machine operator preventative maintenance
- All other duties as assigned by management
