We are seeking a talented Mobile Maintenance Welder to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring equipment integrity and uptime.

What You'll Do

•

Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks on heavy mobile mining equipment, including haul trucks, loaders, and machinery.

•

Repair and reinforce structural components to maintain safety and equipment performance.

•

Collaborate with mechanics and maintenance leads to prioritize welding tasks and repairs.

•

Operate welding and cutting tools, grinders, and other related equipment safely and effectively.

•

Assist with disassembly and reassembly of components during repair operations.

•

Inspect equipment for wear, cracks, or structural damage and recommend corrective actions.

•

Document work completed and assist with accurate maintenance records.

•

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

•

High school diploma or GED required; welding certifications preferred.

•

3+ years of welding and fabrication experience, ideally in heavy equipment or industrial settings.

•

Proficiency with MIG, TIG, arc welding, and oxy-fuel cutting techniques.

•

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

•

Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with heavy equipment repair.

•

Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

•

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Day in the Life

•

Start your shift by reviewing welding priorities with the maintenance team.

•

Perform structural repairs and custom fabrication on key mobile equipment components.

•

Support preventive maintenance efforts by reinforcing equipment components for longevity.

Schedule & Work Environment

•

Full-time, 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime or weekend work.

•

Work performed in both shop and field environments, with exposure to dust, noise, and weather conditions.
