Summary

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team at ArcelorMittal. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making within our organization. Your expertise will support our mission of delivering high-quality steel solutions while fostering sustainability.

Responsibilities

•

Work closely with business partners within the Company to understand and design dashboards to meet their analytical requirements, including identifying critical metrics;

•

Build tools and reports to deliver and process vital data to partners in the business;

•

Prepare and develop reports, presentations and various materials for Management discussion;

•

Provide assistance in preparing costing analysis for new products or new customers, review existing pricing models and provide recommendations;

•

Maintain in-depth knowledge of all major data sources for data used within the Company and the ability to effectively use these data sources for reporting purposes;

•

Lead special projects and ad hoc analysis as required;

•

Assist with quarterly and annual forecasts and budgets;

•

Provide input and analysis for monthly reporting packages;

•

Additional related duties as deemed necessary by Management.

Requirements

•

College Diploma or University degree in accounting/business; professional designation CPA preferred.

•

3 or more years of progressive accounting experience in a similar role (preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment).

•

Strong proficiency in Excel, and accounting software; familiarity with SAP is a asset.

•

Cost accounting experience

•

Solid understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.

•

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

•

Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders.
