Are you in? Primary Purpose: PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Responsible for overseeing all aspects of multiple Customer Service projects, assuring high level of customer satisfaction, while maintaining project budget and project scope. Manage the prioritization and execution of projects through collaboration of various business units. Partner with business subject matter experts and IT. Operating as Lead support to Customer Operations Leadership Team, primarily responsible for the management and implementation of short and long-term strategic initiatives and projects, process improvement and information request, including determining the business requirements. Define major strategic levers and key strategic initiatives which will enable achieving a cohesive customer vision. This position may manage a small team to identify opportunities and implement process improvements. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.

Minimum Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS* BS degree in Business and 7-10 years' experience, or in lieu of degree, 9-12 years internal or external relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Lead a team that manages projects for BGE IT Customer Projects o Deliver projects on time and within the budget and ensure that the underlying Business Outcomes are achieved. o Lead the projects through authorization and project phase gates o Proactively identify and mitigate risks o Lead Change management and ensure that the key Business Outcomes of the project are achieved o Lead the team that manages CC&B Projects and on-going maintenance o Identify and pursue automation opportunities through ideation and project execution - Lead the annual IT LRP planning for Customer Operations o Partner with Business Owners to identify demand, articulate benefits, obtain IT estimates, socialize with management for funding o Serve as the liaison between Business and IT to identify technology solutions to problems - Act as BGE Customer workstream lead for One Exelon and ensure effective change management with initiative owners and ensure visibility to achieving targets - Ensure close collaboration with other teams in BGE and corporate

Strong analytic skills Program and contract management experience Project Management Certification
