Meter Reader FT

Overview We have a career opportunity for a Meter Reader FT to join our team!

Reads customers' gas, water and steam meters according to scheduled routes manually as well as through a

driving Automated Remote Reading Systems. Records readings on a hand-held device. Watches for, identifiesÂ

and reports any gas and/or water leaks or other irregularities in meter service or Citizens Energy GroupÂ

facilities. Works directly with customers to gain access to meters, resolve reading issues, and answers

questions. Maintains a high read accuracy rate and read completion rate while minimizing customerÂ

inconvenience and complaints. Provide field training and guidance to new hires and other duties as assigned.Â

Minimum Salary:

 $47,800 (Grade 5)
