Role Purpose The Meter Data Acquisition-Processing Analyst II is an experienced professional with a general knowledge of customer billing principles and practices. Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills to facilitate researching, analyzing and resolving BPEM (Business Process Exception Management) cases. Responsible for processing and maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the meter data acquisition and management systems as well as MV-90/SAP/HES. Understands complex rates and tariffs and develops billing calculators for large accounts. Analyzes business processes, procedures, computer systems, and data of meter data acquisition and management systems and recommends areas for improvement.
