We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Member Assistance Representative to join our Customer Support team on a full-time, hourly basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring they receive timely and effective support for their inquiries. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional member experience by providing clear communication, accurate information, and empathetic solutions. - Respond promptly to member inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and account-related questions.
- Resolve member concerns effectively by identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Document all member interactions in the system, ensuring records are updated and accurate.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex member issues.
- Assist new members with onboarding and provide guidance on how to access our services.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify trends in member feedback and share insights with the team to improve processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, products, and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide solutions.
- Empathetic and motivated to provide exceptional service to members.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and technology, such as CRM software, is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings, as needed.

The pay range for this role is:
17.20 - 34.60 USD per hour(TEXASS)
