We are looking for a Medical Office Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team here at Restore!

Job description

Restore Rehab and Wellness clinic is seeking a bright, positive and hardworking individual for a full-time position as a Medical Office Assistant

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Wage: $23 hourly

Qualifications:

- Completion of MOA certification course

- Minimum of 1 year of MOA experience in a clinic setting

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively

- Professional phone manner

- Strong customer service orientation

- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills

- Team player with a collaborative mindset

- Comfortable using computers and learning new software programs

- Flexibility to work early morning, evening, and/or weekend shifts

Overview of Basic Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service

- Book and modify appointments as needed

- Accurately enter data into the system

- Answer phone and email inquiries in a timely manner

- Bill patients for extended health benefits through specific portals

- Process payments and handle cash-outs

- Clean and fold laundry for treatment rooms

- Perform other duties as assigned
