How You’ll Make An Impact
- Design molds, tools, and fixtures for manufacturing processes
- Develop and maintain equipment inspection and reliability schedules
- Create work instructions to guide assembly teams
- Analyze project specs and plan fabrication, assembly, and testing
- Conduct performance and stress tests on machines and components
- Monitor and inspect mechanical equipment for quality assurance
- Collaborate with design engineers during product testing
- Evaluate tool designs for accuracy and functionality
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, electrical, or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and testing procedures
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Skilled in using measurement tools and engineering software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
