Our high-volume contract manufacturing center works closely with our engineering team to optimize component designs before production.
- We are seeking a sharp, creative, and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to support our most advanced aerospace and defense machining projects. You will engineer highly precise components, collaborate with production and quality teams, and contribute directly to mission-critical programs.
- Engineer new and existing aerospace components using advanced CNC technologies
- Optimize machining setups for speed, quality, and cost
- Collaborate with production and quality to ensure high-precision results
- Solve complex technical challenges in real-world applications
- Support customer documentation, troubleshooting, and technical inquiries
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in engineering and manufacturing
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Hands-on machining experience (CNC turning/milling required; Swiss lathe a plus)
- Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and manufacturing processes
- Experience with aerospace components or precision parts preferred
- Fast-paced, organized, and proactive work style
- Bonus: Knowledge of AS9100, PPAP, CMM, or inspection processes
- Due to U.S. Export Control laws and regulations, applicants must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). This includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders), or protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
- Competitive pay: $60,000–$80,000 annually (based on experience)
