What You'll Do
- Maintain and repair mainline pumps, multi and single-stage centrifugal.
- Maintain auxiliary pumps, sumps, PD pumps, smaller centrifugal pumps, etc. as well as replace seals, valves, and elements.
- Perform alignment and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and repair valves and valve operators and perform DOT inspections on said valves.
- Maintain and repair pressure relief devices and perform DOT inspections on said valves.
- Maintain and repair all mechanical devices on the line, tank mixers, air compressors, check valves, etc.
- Assist with construction projects.
- Monitor third-party digging or construction on or near pipelines and facilities.
- Order supplies and parts as needed.
What We're Looking For
Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- English language fluency, verbal and written.
- Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
