Summary:

The Mechanic position is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and providing high quality repairs on heavy equipment in a shop environment. Heavy Equipment types will range from compact construction equipment to large earth-moving, aerial and solar pulling equipment.

+ Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather + Ability to have regular attendance and be punctual + Comprehending and following directions (Meeting work goals & deadlines) + Working in a team environment + Adhering to safety rules and regulations + Operating equipment safely and efficiently, including hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment

Anticipated base salary range: $25.00 - $28.00.

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Per Diem of $95.00 daily to cover lodging, meals and travel during rotation.

Occasionally: Carrying, climbing, pinching, pulling/pushing 16-30 lbs, lifting 31-50 lbs, sitting, and stooping are required. Frequently: Reading, crouching, gripping, handling, kneeling, standing, and walking are required. Constantly: Grasping, hearing, reaching, vision, and repetitive motions are required.

Occasionally exposed to extreme cold, vibration, and wet climates in the working environment.

Frequently exposed to extreme heat, humidity, noise, and hazards in the working environment.
