The

Measurement Technician

is responsible to ensure accurate measurement of volumes and is the first to identify potential needs for preventative maintenance. Measurement Technicians will use meters to inform the Company and our customers about pipeline flows. This position is responsible for measurement assets within areas around Andrews through Ector County.

The Measurement Technician is focused on the following: Flow computers, sampling, and LACT- Lease Automatic Custody Transfer Units (Plant and Field).

Responsibilities May Include

Required Qualifications

+ Occasionally exert pulling force of 130 pounds + Frequently lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds + Regularly stoop, squat, kneel, and crouch for durations up to 30 minutes + Periodically pull/push doors open to move around the facility + Occasionally climb A-frame ladders, including heights up to 40 feet for tank service + Occasionally travel (up to 15%) as needed + Willing to be on a scheduled or unscheduled overtime, on-call rotation and handle callouts + Work at times in a loud work environment + Work inside plant conditions as well as in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat, and humidity + To wear personal protective equipment (such as fire-retardant clothing, steel-toe shoes, ear, and eye protection)

Phillips 66's Midstream business is a safe, reliable and trusted logistics provider for the movement and storage of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals. We are an industry leader in logistics and operate or manage more than 22,000 miles of pipelines that transport crude oil from oil fields to refineries and finished products from refineries to storage terminals. We operate 39 terminals that supply finished products to consumer gas stations, as well as crude oil and NGL storage terminals and NGL fractionation facilities. We also provide the connectivity between the various Phillips 66 business units.
