Under general supervision, receives store stock items; reconciles, codes, inventories, stores and issues materials, equipment and supplies in the district's centralized warehouse or storage yard. Performs other duties as assigned.
High school equivalency, supplemental college courses in business management, computers, records management and bookkeeping and two years of related materials handling, issuing and computerized inventory control experience.
Forklift Certification must be obtained during the initial six (6) months from date of hire is required.
Hazardous Materials FRO/FRA certification required.
First Aid and CPR training required.
IIPP training and wear all personal protective equipment required.
MSDS's training and the location of that information for all materials received, stored and issued required.
Veteran's Preference (External Applicants Only): Submit DD form 214 or other evidence of veterans' status by the job posting deadline.
A negative drug test is required as a condition of employment.
