Materials Fulfillment Leader

Job Description Summary

The Materials Fulfillment Leader role will be the owner of customer projects from a material health and shop movement standpoint. The Materials Fulfillment Leader will be material planning focal point working on pacing item follow-up, solutioning part shortages, and cost analysis.

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Review material health of projects as an input into the scheduling process.

- Maintain systems to enable reports are accurate for material status.

- Work cross-functionally to ensure material timelines for projects are staying on-track across processes.

- Solution critical shortages proactively during the lifetime of the project.

- Validate system accuracy for dates and cost.

Basic Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree OR a High School Diploma / GED and 4 years of experience in material planning and scheduling

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills to influence across the organization

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage information flow and create comprehensive output

- Ability to make decisions in a complex environment of conflicting priorities with problem solving and collaboration

- High level of proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel)

Desired Characteristics

- Lean and/or continuous improvement mindset, Green Belt or Black Belt certification

- Experience working with Aero-Derivative Gas Turbines/Aviation engine and module configurations

- Knowledge of/proficiency in Oracle ERP, Tableau
