Material Coordinator/Scheduler

Opportunity Overview:

Material Coordinator/Scheduler -Contract 1 Year

Denver, CO - Hybrid Role - 3 Days in Office

Must live within a drivable distance of Denver, CO.

No Per Diem or Relocation

Your Day-to-Day:

- Manage project schedules for capital projects across energy generation facilities (gas, coal, wind, solar, and hydro).

- Coordinate contractor activities, labor schedules, and material deliveries.

- Create Gantt charts and schedules using Microsoft Project; Primavera P6 experience is a plus.

- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and operations teams.

Potential involvement in creating scheduling standards and documentation

- Ability to manage 80–100 work streams with multiple contractors (15+ vendors).

Who You Are:

- Experience: Ideal: 2–3 years scheduling experience (open to entry-level).

- Construction management or project management background preferred.

- Technical Skills: Microsoft Project (required), Primavera P6 (preferred), Gantt charts, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Critical Path Method.

- Nice-to-Have: Overhaul experience, SAP familiarity, cost analysis and scheduling integration, experience creating scheduling standards/strategies.
