Pay: $40 - $50/hr

Responsibilities include:
•Completing whole home electrical inspection for customers to identify opportunities for upgrades
•Troubleshooting, diagnosing, installing and repairing electrical components in a residential environment
•Providing excellent customer service
•Maintaining proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
•Traveling to job sites in your service area, and working with dispatchers to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer
•Obtaining customer authorization/signature for payment (or financing) at the completion of the job
•Assisting customers in evaluating repair vs. replace options
•Assisting in generating and scheduling replacement consultations (as indicated)
•Meeting or exceeding performance minimum standards
•Additional duties as assigned by your manager.
Qualifications:
•NH Master Electrician License
•Generac generator experience a plus.
•Proficiency in using Service Titan or similar service management software a plus.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues accurately.
•Strong communication skills to interact with customers professionally and courteously.
•Dedication to safety, adhering to safety guidelines and promoting a safe work environment.
