We're seeking a highly organized and action-oriented Marketing MBA Intern to support the execution of our upcoming rebrand marketing initiatives. This is a project-based role perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly manage multiple priorities. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing & Innovation and primarily focused on the rebranding efforts for the Food division, you will be instrumental in collaborating with agency partners to roll out new brand assets and ensure consistent messaging across various channels.
Duration: 6 months
Hours: 20hrs-25hrs/week
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:•Assist with market research and 2025 planning.
•Spend most of the time assisting the marketing director in creating and executing marketing plans and tactics.
•Understand the business functions of the employees and assist the team in improving efficiency and profitability.
•Coordinate with the human resource department and assist in the development of corporate marketing and employee communications plans.
•Establish and maintain effective public relations through customer education and the promotion of new products.
Project Details:
•Website Transition & Relaunch Support:
+ Assist in the content migration and quality ensuring the sunsetting process for old websites is smooth.
•Marketing Collateral & Packaging:
+ Assist with the implementation of new packaging designs the finalization, production, and distribution of new marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, sell sheets, presentations) and in the selection and creation of Employee swag in collaboration with rebrand rollout. Manage marketing inventory.
•Tradeshow & Event Support:
+ Coordinate the production and delivery of tradeshow booth materials, signage, and promotional items. Assist with the logistics and execution of tradeshows and events,
•Social Media Asset Management:
+ Assist in the sunsetting of existing and rollout of new social media channels and assist with new social media assets (images, videos, copy) for scheduled campaigns.
•Public Relations (PR) Outreach Support:
+ Coordinating with agency partner, assist with the preparation and distribution of press releases. Support media outreach efforts, including tracking media mentions and coverage.
•General Marketing Support:
+ Maintain organized files for all marketing assets and project documentation.
Required Education and Experience:
•MBA in Marketing or in relevant marketing stream preferred.
•Financial analysis and modeling
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
•Proficiency with marketing software and tools (e.g., project management software, design platforms like Adobe Creative Suite basics, social media management tools).
•Experience with print production processes and vendor coordination is a plus.
•Familiarity with PR outreach processes is a plus.
