We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Sales Order Process and assist with Real-Time Load Testing (RLT) support for our critical system integration between Salesforce (SFDC) and NetSuite (NS). This is a high-impact internship where you'll gain hands-on experience with enterprise business systems and cross-functional operations during a key period leading up to our R1 system launch.
This role is ideal for a students interested in sales operations, business systems, or data analysis, with exposure to real-world business-critical processes and enterprise technology platforms.
Hours per week: 20 hrs.
Responsibilities•Support the Sales Order Process by validating and entering sales orders.
•Assist in tracking order status and ensuring data accuracy across platforms.
•Participate in RLT (Real-Time Load Testing) activities related to the integration.
•Help document issues and resolutions during testing phases and support bug tracking and reporting.
•Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth flow of orders through the process.
•Help maintain internal documentation and process guides.
•Participate in team meetings, shadow cross-functional workflows, and contribute to status reporting.
Requirements
•Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Strong interest in business operations, systems integration, or enterprise software.
•Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
•Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
•Exposure to Salesforce or NetSuite is a plus.
